I recently worked on a project which the client wants the animated character (after exported from spine) to have more shade and volume.
I am doing it by layer styles in After Effects, and so far it's ok.
However I was thinking if it is possible to apply normal maps to the png sequence/ sprite? I know the Sprite Dlight looks cool, but is there any way to use the generated normals in After Effects?
Alternatively, is it possible to use unity as a post-processing? or is there a blender solution for this?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
