I guess you already know about clipping crash bug. I saw few topics about it at forum http://ru.esotericsoftware.com/forum/Spine-crash-when-creating-a-clipping-mask-9065 and at GitHub EsotericSoftware/spine-editor237
but it seems this bug didnt fixed yet.
I had started to use clipping tool recently and everything was fine but few days ago i had faced this bug.
Since i didn't found any solution i tried to figure out what does causing this bug.
With some animations all was fine but other animations crashed every time when i tried to create clipping. Once again trying to make clipping in "bugged" animation i had saved project before applying the clipping.
It caused crash again but then i couldn't even launch the program because it started to crash during the launching process. Launch crash bug was fixed by Spine reinstallation . After deleting all meshes in "bugged" animation clipping worked fine. Does incorrect\inappropriate mesh somehow affects clipping?

Hi Haenel, can you describe the detailed steps and meshes you click to reach the bug and send us the project to contact@esotericsoftware.com mentioning this topic, please?
A video or gif would also be a huge help, (you could also just share it privately through our email) to understand the cause.

I've done few more tests so now i am know where is the problem but i am still dont know why does it happening.Mesh resetting helps but in this case all keys will be lost. I have two similar "bugged" characters animations and in both cases problem is in the head mesh. I will send video and projects to the mail. Atleast now i know one thing for sure - clipping must be created before the mesh 🙂
