So I got the same problem as Nyenna before

Export issues: "Image missing" and Transparency

Already tried her/his resolve but it didn't work with me.

Here is my setting

sorry for not-so-pretty sprite and the huge size. idk how to make it smaller in forum/image code.

I wonder aside from Nyenna suggestion, is there any other way to fix it?

Hi Bry, thank you for sending us the files! It appears as you were exporting both video and gifs at 31 fps while your dopesheet is set at 30fps.
But this wasn't the actual problem, simply move your images into a folder so that your Spine file is not in the same place as they are to make the glitch disappear.
