Transfer licenced editor to another computer

Our company have bought Professional licence and installed Spine editor to the artist's computer. For the present moment Spine editor does not used by artist. Can I uninstall that copy of Spine editor and transfer it with preserved "registration" to my computer?

But security center of windows 10 said that SpineSetup.exe contains two threats: Trojan:Script/Foretype.A!ml and Trojan:Script/Cloxer.A!cl. Is it normal?
