Hello! thanks for providing videos of the bugs, I was able to reproduce the first easily, so I created an issue for it:

Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the second bug. It seems like in your case some vertices are also overlapping while also being scaled, so I tried to do the same on the goblins project with no results. Does it also happen on other project? Can you make it happen on one of the example projects?
That's right! I try to create an effect when move the vertex in the same coordinates, I open the area behind the mesh. Sometimes the Edge intersects the inverted polygons. But why the scaling point jump? If this normal behaviour, nice to have a snap vertex option for this. Thank you Erika!
Well, you can actually snap the pivot where you want on the mesh as described here: Meshes - Spine User Guide: Transform tools
Although from the video it doesn't look like you dragged it. It seems more like an edge got selected too, but it doesn't look like it from the video. So I'm a little puzzled. In general, the centering seems to be working as it should though.
If you encounter this problem on a different project (our example projects are the best for this) and find it constantly, let us know!
