IF it's just two images, you could potentially edit them manually, or yes use the Photoshop exporter.
the Photoshop to Spine script is great if you remembered to match the ruler origin to Spine origin, and you can do it again so the foot is in exactly the right spot, otherwise it's not so crucial.
What you need to do it place the two images in your project images folder, then in setup mode expand the images node, find the two images, and drag them in the viewport, or alternatively, import the two images with the json created by the Photoshop to Spine script.
Once the images are in, find the correct bones, and parent the slots to those bones. Parent the foot slot to the upper foot bone, (you can do so by selecting the image, then pressing P and selecting the correct bone) and the tip of the foot image slot to the tip of the foot bone.
