we use spine on large scale in our company together with your runtimes... we work with default skeleton names for the most, however do to code-conventions we have to change the default skeleton name to uppercase Skeleton. When you create a large number of spines every day, it do become a hassle for the working man :-D

Ah, I see. I guess a workflow of making a template Spine project and duplicating it to make each character will work. Does it not suit your case?
