Spine freeze every 20-30 seconds or on ALT-TAB
Hi
The program freezes for 2 seconds every 20-30 seconds in big projects after reinstalling windows. Sounds like a power problem with the graphics card or the power supply circuitry. I have set it to max performance in my windows power settings, but spine still freezes. Please help me to fix this problem!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Could you attach your spine.log file on this thread so that we can know your operating environment and see if any errors have occurred? Please see our troubleshooting to know the location of the log file:

What would also be helpful is a list of other software you have installed, that my intefere with other programs like Spine. E.g. anti-virus software, screen recording software, etc.

Freezes only in the Spine. Windows, Photoshop, After Effects, Unreal engine, Blender work without problems. No anti-virus software. Nvidia settings are by default.
Ah, the logs say this:
WARNING: Extremely slow file system access: //home/AdQuantum/Love Choice/LCI-4
WARNING: Extremely slow file system access: //home/AdQuantum/Love Choice/LCI-4
WARNING: Extremely slow file system access: //home/AdQuantum/Love Choice/LCI-4
Is your home directory or any of the subdirectories in that path on a network drive? Could you please try moving your project folder to a none network drive and see if that gets rid of the freezes?

Yes i moved project files on local drive and changed path, But i still have that message in log file.
Please also check your Audio
node in the tree. That also has a path you should change to a non-network path. We'll add a warning icon in the tree when this occurs.
