Ehm, it worked at some point. 😃 I have everything taken part while I work on skinning. I'll go over the JSON and binary formats and make sure they work soon.
Damn that animation looks fantastic! Especially when the mouth fully opens. It's a great example of something that would be impossible to do without FFD. You might exaggerate it even more, IMO.
