Sorry, it's hard to understand what the problem is. You are using Phaser 2. One of your skeleton's slots is set to use additive blending. The additive blending does not work as expected when rendering the skeleton with Phaser 2?
What Spine Runtime are you using with Phaser 2? We do not officially support Phaser 2. We'll release an official Phaser 3 plugin sometime this week though.
