There's a fair amount of setup, I wonder how much could be automated.

Mapping 3D to 2D is difficult for perspective changes. I guess that is why you didn't map the shoulders? When some bones aren't mapped, it can lose some of the important details. I wonder if you mapped all the bones if you could find ways to make the perspective changes look OK. For example, using this cube perspective setup for the shoulders:

    Thanks for the trial version. But I was never able to customize the character (even in your video you can see that the hip bones are not retarget correctly). There is not enough setting when both rotation and translation are retargeted, plus checkboxes are needed to invert the axes and retarget like x => y. You still need to work a little on the UI: fine-tuning offsets + - has buttons that are too small. Set color for bone nodes. Increase the width of the sliders. Highlight bone nodes with the line when we in links window. Other than that, great tools!
