Unable to edit mesh on Pro version

Hi, I have just purchased the Pro version (3.4.01) after trying out the trial. However I am unable to edit mesh like in the trial.

When I click on the mesh option,

Nothing happens. No edit mesh options appear, nor the edit mesh windows pop up.

Please advise and help.

Uninstall both trial and full. And reinstall Spine from you're mail link.
