Hi All,

I am facing a problem while animating a quadruped rig..can any one please help me what will be the perfect rig structure of 4 leg animal characters in this view..I am bit stuck in rigging the character..I am also attached a image of the character..

Any ideas/suggestions would be really appreciated. I'm totally stuck!

Did a quick rig to show you how you could do it.

Note the parenting where IK1tip is the parent of IK1.

The HIP bone can be moved around and the Spine bones rotated to give the dog a different posture. This could be expanded to use either paths or IK for the Spine.
