I'm using the latest spine atm - 3.4.02 ESS.
When deleting multiple Skin Placeholders and keeping the attachments, the images are named differently from what I put in. In my case, I use the following naming format:
eye01
eye02
eye03
These turn into
eye1
eye2
eye3
After the deletion and keeping of attachments.
