"Spine" menu was not added in right click menu

I have imported Spine Runtime under the following circumstances.
However, even if right clicking on (file name) _SkeletonData, the "Spine" Menu was not added.
How can I solve this problem?

Spine ver: 3.5.25 Pro Luncher ver: 3.5.21
Spine Runtime ver: Last updated: UTC - 2016 November 19
Unity ver: 5.4.1 f 1

I updated Unity to 5.4.3, but SpineMenu was not added.
I would like to uninstall Unity and try again.

I tried it with 5.4.2f2 and 5.4.3f1, but this problem was not solved.
There are no errors in the project.
What else can be considered a problem....?

Sorry for the confusion. That was removed because it is not the right menu to place scene object instantiation functionality.
This is how you instantiate now: [New Feature] Drag and Drop to instantiate

I realize that the drag and drop isn't very discoverable.
We'll probably add a button as a second option. But the drag and drop option (Unity Sprite style) should be faster to use.

I was able to create a Spine object.
