jasonnguyen10 I'd like to have this piece of bread to appear behind the character's arm but in front of his body. Is this possible using the Spine character? Thanks in advanced
BinaryCats yeah, you can alter the slot draw order in the draw order in the draworder foldout in the hierarchy window
Mario More information here Images - Spine User Guide: Draw order. You can also key the draw order in your animations.

The piece of bread isn't part of the spine file (character) but animated in Unity. With that in mind is this possible?
Pharan Yes. Please see this page: https://github.com/pharan/spine-unity-docs/blob/master/SkeletonRenderSeparator.md Also look for the related sample scene that comes with the unitypackage.
