[Editor Request] Curve handle snapping

As with any snapping behavior, this is to facilitate:

Ability to replicate the same exact custom curve for multiple things.
Ability to avoid accidentally setting the curve to unintended values— eg. dragging the handle below the 0% mark or above the 100% mark.
The nice fuzzy feeling of whole numbers (or whole number denominators).

I'm a little torn about which is better as the default (between snapping or non-snapping behavior).
Holding SHIFT for free-dragging would be consistent with the dopesheet key behavior, but holding SHIFT or CTRL to snap might be more consistent with other programs' Bezier handle dragging.
But I think having it snap at grid intersections or midway between grid intersections would be nice.

If you multi select keys and Match is on, and then when you edit one key the others will also be edited.

Setting below 0% and above 100% is only possible if you drag the handle below 0 or above 100 and wait for the graph to zoom out. If you let go of the handle without waiting, you will get 0 or 100. If it is already zoomed out, move the handle within 0 to 100 and wait for it to zoom in.

I can't think of a benefit to whole numbers.

Still, snapping would be fine.

How does the match button work anyway? Is that the only thing it does? I tried using it before but it wasn't doing what I expected it to do. I multi-selected some keys and clicked on it and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I just gave up. XD
(having to look for old keys to match with new ones is not a very fun thing to do though.)

One problem I'm encountering is when I want to put a handle at the 0% or 100% level but I'm still moving it right or left to get the curve I'm looking for. But it starts scrolling out of the 0-100% range without my consent! The nerve!

The Match button works as I described above. When active all selected curves are edited.

Snapping would fix that, sort of. It would still zoom but at least you could still find 0 or 100 easily.

How about dragging a handle with either a modifier pressed or RMB to force it to not go past 0 or 100 ?
