How do I insert a blank keyframe or move keyframes?

Hello, IM new to Spine and going through the user guide atm. However I'm trying to figure out how I can insert blank keyframes, to copy/cut/move a keyframe of animation further down the timeline since I made the second pose right next to the first but wanna add one inbetween, etc, using the pose to pose method. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Keyframing everything to make sure a pose stays the same even if you put inbetweens:

pick a point in the timeline where you with to keyframe everything
press Ctrl+Shift+L

Keyframing everything to make sure a pose stays the same even if you put inbetweens:

press space or esc do select everything
select pose tool (or press B)
select the entire skeleton dragging the mouse over the whole skeleton/or just select the parts that interest you
click on the green keys to key just rotation/transform/shear/scale/what you need

Ctrl+Shift+L is the "Key Dopesheet" shortcut.
This adds keys to all the items that were already keyed in your animation, effectively keying the pose wherever your dopesheet cursor is.
You can then copy and reuse that pose by copying that column of keys.

This is useful for holding a pose for a while, or returning to certain poses.
